This website and the reports sold through it are operated by ThaiNED International Co., Ltd., registered in Thailand, trading as Underlabel Reports ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@underlabelreports.com.
We sell digital research reports delivered as PDF files. No physical goods are shipped. The product description, page count and price shown at the point of purchase describe what you receive.
Payment and delivery are handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Their terms apply to the payment itself, and they issue your receipt.
Access is provided immediately after payment is confirmed, by download link and by email to the address you supply at checkout. If a download does not arrive within one hour, contact us and we will send it directly.
When you buy a report you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes or those of the single organisation that paid for it.

The reports are independent research compiled from publicly available records, including customs and shipping data, regulatory filings, corporate announcements and published reporting.
We take care with accuracy, state our sources, and mark findings as confirmed or assumed. Even so, the underlying records are incomplete and change over time. Supply relationships end without announcement, company names are recorded inconsistently across databases, and figures reported by different sources may differ.
The reports are provided for information only. They are not advice, and they should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a commercial, financial, legal or purchasing decision without independent verification.
Company, brand and product names are used for identification and factual reporting only. All trade marks remain the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any company named in our reports, and no company named has paid for inclusion or reviewed the content before publication.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, revise or withdraw a report at any time. If we materially revise a report you have bought, we will make the updated version available to you at no charge where we are reasonably able to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or opportunity arising from use of, or reliance on, the reports.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Where you buy as a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
