Everything we say about a report is a claim about what's inside it. If something we describe isn't there, tell us within 100 days of purchase and we refund you in full.
We describe our reports in specific terms — the number of manufacturers named, the number of factories located, the sources behind them, the page count. Those are facts about the file, not opinions about its usefulness.
So the standard is simple and it's checkable by you, not judged by us: if the report does not contain what our sales page said it contains, you get your money back. That includes:
Because a research report isn't read in an evening. You may buy it now and need it properly in two months, when a supplier question actually comes up. A month isn't long enough to find that out, and we would rather you had time to use it than time to worry about a deadline.
That last step isn't a hurdle to clear — it's how we find out what to fix. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by our payment provider, who is the merchant of record for your order. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money typically appears within five to ten business days.
Because reports are delivered as downloadable PDFs, we can't take the file back. We ask that you delete your copy after a refund and stop using its contents, and we trust you to do that.
If your download doesn't arrive, doesn't open, or the file is damaged, contact us before requesting a refund — we'll send it to you directly. A delivery problem is our fault to fix, not a reason for you to lose the report.
This policy is offered in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, and does not replace them. Where local law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
