We keep this deliberately narrow. We do not run a customer account system and we do not sell data to anyone.

We do not process or store card details. Payment is handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record and is responsible for the transaction. They collect the information needed to take payment, issue your receipt and meet tax obligations. Their own privacy policy governs that processing. We receive only the information needed to fulfil and support your order, such as your email address and what you bought.
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which sets cookies and sends Meta information about your visit, including pages viewed and actions taken. Meta may combine this with data it already holds about you. Its use of that data is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can adjust ad personalisation in your Meta account settings. Blocking them will not stop you reading the site or buying a report.
We do not use tracking for any purpose beyond measuring and improving our advertising.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
Order records are kept for as long as needed to support the purchase and to meet accounting and tax requirements. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the platforms above. Emails are kept until they are no longer needed.
We operate from Thailand and use service providers located in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Your data may therefore be processed outside your own country.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, email support@underlabelreports.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
This site is intended for business and adult consumer use. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
